If you don’t know, we at TINA Magazine list out the top south African songs of 2018 released every month, so if you want some kind of list of top south African songs of the week or you want to know th top 10 songs in South Africa, this is the closest and the best, whether it’s South African House songs or Hip hop songs we normally rank the new songs with the most buzz within the month.

Below we present the top songs released this month of June 2018:

1. Nasty C – King ft. ASAP Ferg.

King is a single by South African rapper Nasty C featuring American rapper A$AP Ferg of the A$AP Mob fame off his forthcoming sophomore album Strings and Bling.

King is produced by Tweezy and sees Nasty C talk about his progress and status in South African hip hop game declaring himself as a king after touring several countries and the bitches that comes with his newly acquired lifestyle.

2. Sjava – Abangani ft. Emtee & Saudi

ATM trapper Sjava has returned with a new single titled ABangani. The KZN born act has hinted he may quit music after his forthcoming album and we’ve started to hear the product of his forthcoming LP with Abangani.

3. Nasty C – Jungle

Some new South African music just came in titled Jungle, a single performed by Durban born rapper Nasty C and is expected to be on his album Strings and Blings which is in the pipeline for release.

On Jungle Nasty C talks about the fact that he can fuck who he wants as there are no rule in the jungle street. Jungle looks like it’s targeted at the club and might as well get the DJ spinning it. Definitely one of the top 10 songs in south Africa now 2018

4. AKA – Fully In

Fully In is the second joint on AKA’s forthcoming studio album Touch My Blood which its expected in stores on Friday, June 15th.

The autotune inspired cut sees AKA brag about being fully involved in the game, shutting down haters, making money and doing luxury shopping including for his mother. Listen to the new release below.

5. K.O – Waya Waya ft. Cassper Nyovest


Waya Waya is a single performed by rap veteran and former Cashtime chief K.O featuring Family Tree head honcho Cassper Nyovest.

The record is taken off the short project titled Two Piece released under Skhanda Republic and sees the two rap king kill things in vernacular. Listen up.

6. Zulu Mkhathini – Uniform ft. DJ Tira

We give to you from the SA music scene Zulu Mkhathini Uniform ft. DJ Tira. The first project from Zulu Mkhathini as a solo artist is the single Uniform featuring DJ Tira that he is gifting his supporters, which is also his birthday celebration and rebirth from Dash to Zulu Mkhathini.

7. K.O – Fire Emoji ft. AKA

Fire Emoji sees K.O bragging about his outputs, which basically means everything he does is – fire. The new new new is off the Two Piece short EP released by K.O.

K.O managed to drag AKA and Cassper into the same project, something a lot of people can’t do. Download and stream below

8. Nadia Nakai & Frank Casino – Money Calling


Family Tree first lady Nadia Nakai & Globe Field star artist Frank Casino came together on a record “Money Calling” produced by DELLZ.

The song debuted on TV yesterday but has finally made way online. The song seem to be a promo record for Castle Lite and was made in the build up to the Castle Lite unlocked last month.

9. Nasty C – Legendary

Legendary is the new single off Nasty C’s forthcoming studio album String and Blings. The song Legendary was made available on pre-oder.

String and Blings features 17 tracks in total and includes collaborative efforts with Kaien Cruz, ASAP Ferg and Rowlene.

10. DJ Bongz, DJ Maphorisa, Buckz, L.A.X & Bizzouch – GwaraGwara

Worldwide. Gwara Gwara Worldwide led by Gwara Nation Entertainment chief DJ Bongz is a record originally performed by Nigerian musician L.A.X.

The singer gave a new verse on the cut that also sees input from Blaqboy Music chief DJ Maphorisa, Uhuru hitmaker DJ Buckz and Bizzouch.
